Returns and Refunds Policy
If you purchased photos, in digital or printed format, from pauloministro.com and are not satisfied, you can request up to three revisions to achieve the desired look.
If after three revisions the desired effect has not been achieved, you may request a full refund of the amount paid.

The conditions for return are as follows:
The photos were revised up to 3 times, without success.
Returns for shipping damage: If you detect any anomaly or damage caused by the transportation of the item you ordered, another will be sent or we will refund 100% of the amount paid.
Refund: In the case of a return, the refund of your purchase amount will be made after validating compliance with the return conditions described above, having a period of up to 30 days for this purpose from the moment we receive the photos by mail.
